Question - Towing charge questions. What should I expect as a hook-up charge?
This charge is standard in the towing industry and is the charge incurred by the customer to load the vehicle on our truck and to unload the vehicle at the requested tow destination.
En Route Mileage Charge - This charge is standard in the towing industry; this is what will be charged to get our truck to your pick-up location.
Loaded Mileage Charge - This charge is standard in the towing industry; it is the mileage incurred from the vehicle break down location to the requested tow destination.
Question - My vehicle is stuck in the mud or ditch - what should I expect in this situation?
Normally, we can get it out within one hour; we charge a flat fee to pull any vehicle back on the road in most cases. This service will have a en-route mileage charge to the required destination. Any additional time beyond one hour will be an additional charge.
Question - I have roadside assistance. What should I do?
Most insurance companies will reimburse you for your towing bill. You will have to pay for the tow out of pocket and submit your invoice to your insurance for reimbursement. It is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider first in regards to their reimbursement policy.
Question - I have a flat tire. I am locked out of my car. I have ran out of gas. I have a dead battery. What should I do?
We will can help; our company has a dedicated roadside assistance vehicle to help you in these instances. These services are all a flat fee charge plus en route mileage to get to the break down destination.
